As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (33 g) of California Fitness 100% Whey Protein into 8-10 oz. of milk, fruit juice or water for a delicious shake. For optimum lean muscle growth, have two shakes per day, one between meals and one post-workout. Mixes easily, but for best results use a blender.
