Using Mass FX is easy. Take 2 capsules in morning and 2 capsules in the evening (with or without food, up to you). Why 2 capsules in the morning? While you sleep your body naturally produces testosterone. Upon waking, testosterone levels are at their highest. Therefore, a morning serving will help you get the best benefit from Mass FX.

Your other 2 capsules will be taken 8 hours later. If you chose to take six capsules per day, space each serving evenly throughout the day. For example, take 2 capsules at 6am, 2 capsules at 12pm, 2 capsules at 6pm. The most critical serving is your morning serving, so make sure you get that in.
