Az íze az elején még egész jó, viszont én a doboz fele után már csak tejjel bírtam legyűrni. A hatása viszont már annál inkább. Mocskosúl lehet tőle durranni, viszont én ugyanúgy fáradtam edzés közben, mint natur. Amúgy jó cucc. Próbáljátok ki! Ez nem pröget túl nem lesz vérományod egekben. Ize se olyan vészes sőt királykék szín még jó is. Hatása überextra akkor veszed leginkább észre miko 1x nélküle edzel és le kell vened minden sulyból 5 kilót és el vagy fáradva. Ára relatíve magas de ha azt veszzük ez 3 az egyben kreatin ugye bedurantó és még BCAA is van benne akkor megéri árát. Ja és étvágyat sem veszi el és aludni is jót lehet tőle éjjel.:D ha van rá létek és mindent egyben szeretnétek ami edzéshez kell kreatin beduranás és BCAA ako ez nektek való.
