Érdemes kipróbálni,de kevés az 1 adag/nap mennyiség.
Kettőt toltam, reggeli első kaja és az ebédet követő első étkezéskor. Pucol, takarít, jobb közérzet, jobb tápanyagfelszívódás, több energia. Ajánlom!

Könnyen oldódik, íztelen. Reggeli protein turmixba szoktam keverni. De simán egy pohár vizzel is fogyasztható. Jótékony hatását már az első nap utáni reggel éreztem. :) Jó termék. Ajánlom.

Add l teaspoon of Fitness Fiber to any beverage or food with a consistency that permits easy mixing. Sauces, dressings, soups, puddings and cottage cheese are all good examples. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
